In observance of the passion of our Lord on the occasion of Lent (April 13 to 15), we would like to inform you that our office will be close during this holiday season. However, our technical staff will still be attending your needs, problems and inquiries on the said dates.

In this connection, please be informed that all orders and pick-up will only be until April 10, 2017. We would like to advise you then, to check your stocks as early as today especially your POS Paper and other consumables so we can arrange orders/pick-up before the 10th April 2017.

Furthermore, as part of our continued support to our clients who are UNDER WARRANTY and UNDER SERVICE MAINTENANCE, our Technical Support Help Desk Mobile Hotline numbers 0925-7979767 and 09178431147 is open to receive your CALL FOR SUPPORT and schedule the Onsite Service provided the client has already reported all of their concerns in our ONLINE TSR by logging in to our website at www.foxchit.com/tsr

OUT OF WARRANTY CLIENTS that are NOT UNDER SERVICE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM will be in a case to case basis for service and support to give priority to our clients who paid for their service security during this kind of holiday.

If in any case, that your cannot reach our hotline number, KINDLY INFORM THRU TEXT 0921-5164168/ 0977-1648952/ 0932-4345403 so that we can check and monitor the said hotline number as well as to accommodate your needs.
